Created in 2013 by Hong Kong designer Thomas “Tomakira” Li, Mostly Heard Rarely Seen bridges East and West with playful streetwear. Its “8-Bit” line is recognized for pixelated graphics inspired by retro video games, applied to hoodies, tees and outerwear. The label’s DNA mixes digital nostalgia with contemporary urban fashion.
